Well, Charlene obvious wants to go on an outing. Her PARENTS want her to go out with her friends. But the problem is, when should the outing (fake) be? If it's on the 16th, then we'd have to rush all things, including decorations, buying stuff, and getting Mr. Sciberras to help us create the fake project/assignment.
BTW, if you still don't understand, the outing is fake. The outing is just an excuse to make sure Charlene is available on that day so we can have the suprise birthday party. So we'll plan the outing, make it sound real of course so Charlene doesn't suspect anything, then Mr. Sciberras will ask Charlene and Edward to do something important for him over the weekend and has to be finished. We'll say the only day available will be the 'outing' day and we'll cancel it because the assignment is oh so important ; ). Get it? If not, talk to me.
If everything is fine for Charlene on the 16th, then we'll HAVE to start planning REALLLL soon. Really soon. So get ready! : D
